Shipment of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receiving your payment via insured Bpost. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package online on the carrier's website. The terms and conditions of Bpost are applicable.

Shipping by Bpost

Bpost delivers your package within 2-5 working days after we have brought into Bpost point. 

You were not at home when the postman came to deliver your package? Then the postman puts an away message in your mailbox. You can pick up the package than either the nearest post office or postal point either request that the postman comes a second time. This may telephone (022 01 23 45) or online at the website of Bpost

returns
In the EU you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days and get your money back. You are not required to give any reason, you may just change your mind.

You can forgo the purchase by bringing up to speed via our web form. It is not enough just to return the products. By mail, the return procedure is initiated.

The products must be unused and in unopened packaging returned within 14 days after we have been informed.

Within 14 days of receipt of goods will be refunded including the transportcost proportional to of returned goods and excluding transaction costs.

The cost of returning the goods you always have to pay yourself.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Treatment costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We advise you to place your items in one order. We can not combine two separate orders, each order will be charged with shipping costs . Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is given to fragile items.
