Ordering

The goods listed on the web shop are divided in three categories:

•        Goods in stock
•        Goods out of stock
•        Goods on demand

applies to all goods:

• If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
• The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to change the offer and adapt.
• The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and / or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If the entreneur uses images, these are a true reflection of the products and / or services. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
• All images, specifications and data are indicative and may not lead to damages or rescission of the contract.
• Pictures of products are a true representation of the products offered. the entrepreneur can not guarantee that the colors displayed exactly match the actual colors of the products.
• Each offer contains such information that is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are involved in accepting the offer
• the price includes all taxes, but excluding any duties or related charges
• Delivery times are indicative and depend on the date of receipt of the payment and the services provided by third parties such as Bpost and DHL.

Additionally applies to goods that are not in stock:

If you order a product that is currently not in stock, your order will be shipped by default only after receiving your payment and after the goods are back in stock in our warehouse. The delivery of 3 to 6 weeks is indicative. If the delivery time will be longer, we will contact you.

You can choose during the ordering process to immediately send the goods that are in stock. Your order will automatically be split into two orders. This will involve that the shipping fee will be charged twice.

Goods on demand

Goods on demand always follow a separate procedure in which you receive from us a personal quote. This offer will contain the unit prices including VAT as well as the shipping costs and the estimated delivery date. Please send us your confirmation of the order. The goods will only be ordered after receipt of your payment.

Goods on demand are never taken back or refunded.
